These launch-stage policies distinguish REFLEKT’s active digital First Page from physical formats that are still in development and products sold by external merchants.
Shipping
Physical REFLEKT fulfillment is not open.
The active $12 First Page is a digital service and has no shipping charge. REFLEKT prints and books remain unavailable until production timing, shipping regions, packaging, tracking, damage handling, and taxes are verified and published at checkout.
Curated external products are shipped entirely by the named seller under that seller’s shipping policy. REFLEKT does not receive or control those shipments.
Returns & corrections
Resolve the artifact, not the customer’s private story.
The $12 First Page includes one correction for a factual or presentation issue. Payment failures and refunds are confirmed by Stripe’s signed server events; a browser success message cannot change an order state.
Physical REFLEKT return and damaged-reprint terms will be published before physical checkout opens. External products follow the external seller’s return and refund policy.
Artifact privacy
Commerce does not receive the memory.
REFLEKT keeps private creation, uploads, proofs, consent, and deletion inside its own controlled environment. Future physical-commerce systems receive only opaque order references and the minimum information required for payment, tax, shipping, and support.
Private memory text, selected media, reproductive information, app history, partner data, and prompt answers are never sent to an external merchant merely because a product link is opened.
Terms
Only clearly marked products can be purchased.
The digital First Page is the only REFLEKT Shop item currently available for payment. “In development,” “quote pending,” and concept imagery do not constitute an offer to sell a physical product.
External products are sold by their named merchant. Pricing, availability, formulation, product claims, fulfillment, customer service, and external-site privacy are controlled by that merchant. REFLEKT does not claim an affiliation unless one is expressly announced.
